Situated in the rolling hills of southeastern Ohio, Lawrence Arabians is committed to breeding the highest quality Straight Egyptian Arabians, while specializing in black... without sacrificing type, conformation, disposition, or athletic ability. We strive for quality, not quantity, with only a few foals available each year. Every foal receives daily hands-on attention and at weaning is ready to become your next best friend and show prospect.
Our Egyptians include the bloodlines of Al Shuhruf, Simeon Sadik, Haziz Halim, Imperial Shehaab, Imperial Al Kamar, Imperial Imdal, Ansata Ibn Halima, Moniet El Sharaf, Ibn Safinaz, Imperial Madheen, Ruminaja Ali and Orashan, to name a few.
It all started in 2000 with the purchase of our first mare, a lovely black domestic-bred Arabian mare named PC Ebony Flame. That was all it took for us to be hooked. Her beauty and sweet disposition won our hearts. We raised a couple very nice foals from her and then a couple years later while attending the Egyptian Event, we were swept away by the history and exotic looks of the Straight Egyptian Arabian. And so began our destiny to breed and preserve the lineage of these very special horses.
